Saxenburg is a family-owned winery based in Stellenbosch. The Saxenburg Private Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2023 has an incredibly inviting and complex nose, showing passion fruit, ripe fig, and kiwi. The fruit follows through beautifully to the palate, with subtle grassy notes and a crisp minerality, adding interest at the back of the palate. This white wine pairs well with salads, lighter summer dishes and seafood, or enjoy on its own on a nice summer day.
